About
promptneat is a utility. You paste a rough prompt, it returns a clearer, model-ready version, plus a compact variant, a word-level diff, and three to five plain-language notes on what changed. That's the product.
It exists because the gap between the prompt you'd naturally type and the prompt a model executes well is boring and mechanical: an unstated goal, a missing format, two tasks fused into one. Boring, mechanical gaps are what software is for.
What it is not: a marketplace, a course, a workspace, or a subscription. There are no accounts and nothing is stored. See privacy, which says the same thing in five sentences and means it architecturally.
